Your Role

As an Event & Travel Planner, you’ll design and execute extraordinary experiences, from corporate retreats to luxury leisure travel. You’ll be the architect of seamless logistics, the curator of unique destinations, and the trusted partner ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult & Conceptualize: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and goals, translating them into tailored event concepts or travel itineraries.

• End-to-End Planning: Manage venue selection, accommodations, transportation, vendors, and on-site coordination with meticulous attention to detail.

• Innovate & Inspire: Research cutting-edge destinations, hidden gems, and trending experiences to wow clients.

• Supplier Negotiation: Secure competitive rates and premium services through strong vendor relationships.

• Project Leadership: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring flawless execution from proposal to post-event review.

• Client Excellence: Provide white-glove service, resolving issues proactively and building long-term trust.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in event planning, travel coordination, or DMC/tourism roles.

• Skills:

  • Superb organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Stellar communication (English and Mandarin fluency required; additional languages especially Russian or Spanish a plus).

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, cost tracking).

• Experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals) and vendor contract negotiations.
