Content Marketing Manager
Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai
Salary: RMB 15,000–25,000 per month (after tax)
New Imagination DMC is a destination management company specializing in MICE, incentives, luxury travel and bespoke cultural experiences across China. With teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen–Hong Kong, we design creative programs that combine culture, storytelling and modern China for international clients.
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and management of our brand content across platforms and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Core Focus)

Create high-quality video content showcasing destinations, hotels, experiences and events across China

Produce written and visual content, including blog articles, case stories, and marketing materials

Develop engaging storytelling that presents China in a fresh and inspiring way

Coordinate with external creators when necessary for filming and editing
Content Management

Plan and organize content topics and maintain a structured content library

Ensure consistent brand tone, visual style and storytelling
Content Distribution

Publish and manage content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to maintain brand presence

Update and maintain website content, including project stories and destination articles
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in content marketing, branding, or social media/content management

Strong visual taste and storytelling ability

Experience in video content creation is highly preferred

Experience in travel, hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantage

Good English communication and writing skills
