We are a modern, storytelling-driven DMC specializing in MICE, incentives, luxury experiences, and high-end corporate gatherings across China. As we continue to grow in the European and Russian markets, we are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Event Production Manager with strong spatial design capability to join our team.

Your Role

You will be responsible for transforming ideas into physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative event concepts aligned with client objectives and brand positioning

• Design event spaces: stage layout, flow planning, zoning, installation ideas, visual storytelling

• Produce mood boards, visual references, and concept presentations

• Work closely with project managers, AV teams, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility

• Supervise on-site build-up to ensure design integrity and quality execution

• Research new materials, technologies, lighting aesthetics, and immersive formats

• Support pitch development with visual storytelling and spatial mockups

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in event space design, exhibition design, interior design, or spatial design

• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to translate abstract themes into physical environments

• Ability to think in narrative structures, not just decoration

• Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

• Strong understanding of production feasibility and technical limitations

• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Russian language skills are a strong plus (especially for communication with Russian-speaking clients), but not mandatory.
