Content & Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen

New Imagination DMC is a modern destination management company specializing in MICE, incentives, luxury travel and bespoke cultural experiences across China.
With teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen–Hong Kong, we design programs that combine business, culture and storytelling, helping international clients discover a contemporary and inspiring China.
Your Role
As our business grows internationally, we are looking for a Content & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our content and brand presence across all platforms.
This role will work across all brands and offices within New Imagination DMC Group.
Key Responsibilities

Create brand content, especially video storytelling, as well as blogs, visual posts and other marketing materials

Manage and grow our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Maintain and develop our presence on B2B channels and industry platforms

Coordinate industry PR and association relationships

Manage and update the company website and online content
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or social media management

Strong sense of visual taste and storytelling

Experience in content creation, especially video
-
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred

Good communication skills in English

Salary: 10,000-15,000/month (after tax) + KPI bonis.
