Event and Travel Planner

New Imagination DMC is seeking talented individuals like you to join our dynamic team as Event and Travel Planners. As a leading destination management company, we specialize in creating bespoke and immersive journeys for our discerning clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event and travel requirements, preferences, and objectives.

  • Develop creative event concepts and travel itineraries that align with client expectations and budgetary constraints.

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination.

  • Research and recommend unique destinations, attractions, and experiences that cater to the client's interests and preferences.

  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive pricing and ensure the highest quality of services.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines for client review and approval.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution process, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and innovative event planning strategies.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, travel coordination, or related roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.

  • Proficiency in event planning software, travel booking platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique and memorable experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

Payment: CNY 8000-15000 per month (after taxes) plus project commission of 5%
